5. Cryptocurrency Transactions

You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses and transaction details. The Service is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by users.

5.2 Transaction Fees

A platform fee of 5% is applied to all withdrawals. Network fees may also apply depending on current blockchain conditions. These fees will be clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.

5.3 No Guarantee of Reversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, we cannot cancel or reverse it.
